For the autumn of 2013 we thought for ours guests a gastronomic journey, as follows:

– Arrival on Friday with DINNER
with typical products of the old tradition of our valley

On Saturday morning , BREAKFAST
with homemade cakes , cake with ricotta cheese, homemade biscuits , fruit tarts local honey jams, fruit juices.

Saturday at TASTING ROOM
with fried egg with black truffle
parma ham
Parmesan mountain
hot toast , and bacon with our local Caciotta
focaccia with vegetables
local cheese with walnuts and honey
all this accompanied with Lambrusco Maestri and Chardonnay of the hills of Parma

– Saturday afternoon COOKING

for the preparation of typical dishes of our valley that you can make with your own hands, under the strict supervision of my wife Mirella:
handmade pasta,vegetable quiches, pies, game, donuts etc. …. and then in the evening ……. you can taste the dishes, which you yourselves have made ​​with your hands!

Saturday night DINNER
with products and strictly seasonal dishes created by yourself (mushrooms, truffles, wild chestnuts, etc ….)

Sunday morning BREAKFAST
then you will receive complimentary 1 basket with products we grown and packaged jams, tomato sauce, pickled vegetables etc.
There is also the possibility of relaxing walks within our fenced property of 200,000 square meters and will also have at your disposal the room for the whole day on Sunday
